So I am a native New Yorker, and yet in the 22 years that I have embraced this beautiful city, I have never done a Sunday Brunch. No real reason why I haven’t, it just hasn’t happened. So I was excited when my friend and I decided to do a Sunday Brunch in the city today.
So being the fashion minded person I am, I started to think of outfit ideas for ladies who like to brunch. Here are some outfits I came up with.
In my opinion your Sunday Brunch style should be trendy yet casual. So above I paired some light wash jeans from Lulu’s, with a cream surplice top and nude pointy toe pumps from Forever 21. This outfit is a little over $100 ( the jeans being the most expensive item), and is a classy look that doesn’t require much effort, but looks like it did.
I love the “hard yet sweet” look, so by pairing a floral skater dress from Necessary Clothing and a faux leather Biker Jacket from H&M you hve an outfit thats good enough for brunch or even a date night. Oh and btw, we can’t forget about our pointy toe flats from Nordstrom, which is a must have. This outfit is a little over $100, but these are items that you can mix and match and where with other items in your closet, so the investment just might be worth it.
